I’m Charles Murphy reporting. Two Henry County men were sentenced to 10 years in prison for a stabbing on May 8th of 2023. Several victims were attacked in the area of 850 Main Street in LaBelle. 22-year-old Adolfo Sebastian Andres and 17-year-old Gabrielle Sebastian Andres attacked the victims as they returned home from work. The suspects broke out a window to the residence, entering the home to stab one of the victims. Gabrielle Andres will also spend three years on probation. He pled no contest to charges that include first-degree armed burglary, three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Adolfo Andres pled no contest to charges of first-degree burglary with an assault, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and attempted burglary to a vehicle. The original charges included attempted murder. Palm Beach County Sheriff Rick Bradshaw says he’s kept his word and about 800 immigrant warrants have been served by his deputies. He says he works with ICE but they have not participated in raids. Bradshaw says he understands the issues with people that have been here for a long stretch of time and have never caused any problems. He repeated his immigration stance. Number one, I don’t do immigration sweeps with ICE. We told them that right off the bat. I’m not going to neighborhoods, I’m not locking on doors, I’m not going to do that. He says the focus in Palm Beach has been those breaking laws. It was probably about 800 different warrants for people that were wanted on ICE locally, and we’re working our way through those. But our emphasis is on the bad guys, the people that are involved in narcotics and gang activity. A Brighton man was sentenced to just under 68 months in prison for methamphetamine trafficking. Earl Snow pled no contest to felony possession of marijuana, use of drug paraphernalia, and driving with a suspended license. He was also fined $50,000 and his court costs were $3,265. Snow was charged on May 14th of 2025 after a traffic stop for speeding on Southeast 39th Avenue. He does not have a driver’s license. The vehicle, a Nissan SUV, reportedly smelled of burnt marijuana, according to the arrest report. A search warrant located 32 grams of marijuana, $415 in cash, 33.2 grams of meth, 19 small plastic bags that contained a crystal substance with less than 1 gram in each bag, and a small backpack with less than 1 gram of a crystal substance that tested positive for ecstasy. Snow had prior convictions for aggravated assault and multiple drug charges. He scored 118 months in prison. Snow was sentenced to 20 years behind bars after a dispute with shots fired in Glades County in March of 2004. A high-speed chase ensued at over 100 miles an hour on portions of Route 70 both east and west out of Okeechobee. When Okeechobee police broke off the pursuit in Highlands County, Seminole police joined the search. Snow allegedly fired shots at Seminole officers disabling one of their vehicles. Snow eventually pulled over on Route 78 in Okeechobee and fired shots at two Okeechobee deputies. The chase continued onto Route 441 southeast, and Snow finally stopped near Nubbin Slough. He was originally charged with attempted murder of law enforcement. He pleaded guilty in that case to two counts of aggravated assault on law enforcement officers. I’m Charles Murphy, WAFC News.
