“WAFC AM 590-FM 92.5-FM 100.5-FM 105.1, “Pure Country” received a letter from Michael Swindle, Hendry County Superintendent of Schools and Philip Summers, Clewiston High School Principal, indicating that the Clewiston Tiger football team had been suspended by the FHSAA. Since the suspension of the Tiger football team is indefinite, pending an investigation, we at Pure Country, WAFC are interpreting it to mean there we be no regular season Tiger Football Game this Friday night, October 27th. We will bring you updates on the status of the two remaining regular season Tiger Football Games, as the FHSAA’s investigation is completed and a decision is made.
