The rain was not that bad and did let up for the ceremony

Local representatives of the VFW, Palm Beach County Sheriffs office, the VFW. Veterans administration all had time to speak at the event.

There is a proper way to fold the flag and what each fold represents and also the proper way to be displayed.

There is also a proper way to dispose of a worn out flag shown by the VFW.
